How we handle packing and unpacking
Packing is where most self-movers lose days. Our packers work in pairs with a checklist per room, and a typical three-bedroom home is packed in a single day before the removal. Glassware is paper-wrapped and cell-packed, artwork goes into picture boxes and televisions travel in their own cartons.
Every box is labelled with the destination room, a short contents note and a fragile mark where needed. That label matches the floor plan the unloading crew uses, so boxes land in the right room the first time.
Unpacking is optional but popular with interstate clients. We unpack kitchens, bathrooms and wardrobes, flatten the cartons and take all packing waste away.
